All the information you give us is completely private and used solely for order processing and shipping. If you give us permission to send you marketing emails then we use your email for that purpose, but never does that email get sold or distributed to any other web site or list.

All the payment information we collect is done so under SSL – a standard internet security measure. Any data that we store about you is kept behind a secure firewall in our database and is not accessible to the public in any way.

This Text Message Text Messaging Privacy Policy Addendum amends Twin Rock Estate Winery's (collectively “Company”, “we”, “our”, or “us”) Privacy Policy, available from trwinery.com, by specifically describing our privacy practices in connection with your use of our SMS messaging program (the “Platform”). In the event of any conflict between the Text Messaging Privacy Policy Addendum and the Privacy Policy in relation to the subject matter provided herein, the Text Messaging Privacy Policy Addendum shall take precedent.

Under no circumstances will Twin Rock Estate Winery sell or share your name, mobile telephone number, or other personal information with third-parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

We will not purchase or use your name and mobile telephone number collected from third parties.
