2019 Cabernet Sauvignon

This is the full-bodied wine that is most associated with fine California Wines.  It features aromas of black currants, cedar and flinty blackberries.  On the palate, we can appreciate cassis, black cherry and mocha—rounded out with tannins and toasted oak.  This is a fairly tannic wine that is great to drink now, but will further develop while aging in the bottle in your cellar.  Delicious as a solitary treat or will complement your main course of meat.  100% fermented and aged in French Oak (45% new).
